Liam brings the Davies family legacy of quality construction to his role as Site Supervisor. Growing up around building sites, he developed an early appreciation for the craft of construction and the satisfaction of creating something that lasts.
As a qualified carpenter turned supervisor, Liam combines hands-on building skills with the organisational ability needed to run complex residential projects. He leads by example, setting the pace and standard for his team every day.
Liam is particularly passionate about the details that elevate a good home into a great one — the precise alignment of joinery, the clean lines of a well-executed finish, the subtle touches that most people feel rather than see.
