Certified or principles-led, new build or renovation. This is what we do, and it is the part we are least willing to compromise on.
Design, engineering, energy modelling and full costing run roughly 10% of project value, and are paid before we price the build. On a $1M project, about $100,000.
New builds and renovations both qualify. What matters is that the budget and the brief can meet each other.
Once we are on site we commit to a construction period and we meet it. What we will not do is cut short the documentation that makes that possible, or compress the build programme to suit a date.
We build within about an hour and a half of Sheffield — Devonport, Ulverstone, Burnie, Latrobe, Port Sorell and the surrounding North-West. Outside that radius we are not the right builder, and we will tell you so up front.
