Set on a hill looking over Sheffield and taking in the panoramic views of mount Roland

Story
The home was designed by Jonathan Buist architects, clad in James Hardie wood grain Axon and Easylap panel with a simple 4 degree colorbond skillion roof and three meter raking eves that opens up to the views, the home has settled in nicely with its surroundings.

Material
The home has been designed to be able to open up for indoor outdoor entertaining and has alfresco areas on both sides of the home for use in different weather conditions. The perimeter walls of the living, kitchen, dining and lounge have been framed from 140mm studs to allow for the hardwired electric blinds. Sit back in your chair and hit a button and you can control all the blinds in the living areas.
